Free Magazine Subscriptions
Many people know that I founded Sparkplugging back in ‘06, but not everyone knows that I sold it last year. That day I finally felt like a real entrepreneur.
But I digress. 
Did you know that they still offer free trade magazines over there? Three that I have subscribed to myself are Website Magazine, Internet Retailer and EContent - all ROCK.
Most of the magazines and white papers that Sparkplugging has are for business owners or execs – well, pretty much all of them are. But techically if you have a website at all, you qualify for several of them – so go grab them, they are FREE!

I'm Wendy Piersall and I've been making a living as a blogger since 2006. Though for the first few years "making a living" was a real relative term. I started and sold the Sparkplugging blog network, and now I run a new network of kids activities websites called Woo! Jr.

Editorial Policy: My reputation has and always will be one of integrity on the web. If I am ever compensated in any way shape or form for content, you will know. But that doesn't happen too often, as I turn down paid reviews, sponsorships and goodies daily. My rule of thumb is that I take compensation only for things I would be willing to write about for free. And since I'm a pretty lazy writer, it would have to be really kick ass to be interesting enough to give it blog space!
